PROCEDURE: Urinary Catheter Insertion Indication: Acute urinary retention. 16Fr indwelling siliconized catheter inserted using strict sterile technique. Return of 200mL clear yellow urine noted immediately upon insertion. Balloon inflated with 10mL sterile water. Catheter secured to thigh via StatLock. Reassess need in 24 hours. Patient tolerated procedure well.
