What stays in your browser

The site uses browser storage to remember interface choices such as theme and tool preferences. Some printable brain-sheet settings may also be saved in that browser. Worksheet generation happens in the browser; there is no site account or server-side worksheet history for you to sign into.

You can remove browser-stored information through your browser's site-data controls. Do not put patient, student, or other sensitive information into a worksheet title, a brain sheet, or another browser-stored field.

Limited product analytics

When you explicitly generate a new worksheet, the app may send one first-party usage event. It contains a random per-session identifier plus the worksheet topic, difficulty, question count, and event source. The identifier is kept in browser session storage for that session.

The analytics event is intentionally limited. It does not include a worksheet title, question text, answer, calculator input, seed, email address, name, or free-text note. It helps us understand which worksheet options are used; it must not be used to transmit clinical or student information.

When the site successfully delivers the public educator sample through its tracked download route, the Cloudflare Worker may record one additional event with only fixed labels for the asset, file type, route source, and event version. That event has no cookie, browser-session identifier, name, email address, referrer, IP address, user-agent value, or free text. It counts successful route deliveries, not completed saves or unique people.

These limited events are stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, which currently retains Analytics Engine data for three months. Analytics failure does not block worksheet generation or the sample download.

Like most websites, page and file delivery can involve routine technical information handled by the services that connect your browser to the site. That is separate from the limited application analytics described above.

Downloads and educator email

The public educator review sample is delivered without asking you to create an account or complete a form. Its limited delivery event is described above. Choosing an email link opens your email application. Nothing is sent to NursingWorksheets.com by that email link unless you choose to send a message.

If you contact the educator review cohort, send only the course level and what you would like to review. We use the email you choose to send to reply about that request. Do not send student names, grades, rosters, patient identifiers, clinical notes, medication orders, or other sensitive information.

A practice tool, not a care record

We do not request patient or student sensitive information for the current product. NursingWorksheets.com is for educational calculation practice, not patient-specific care, clinical documentation, or a school record system.
